Police attended reports of a collision in the Meetinghouse Street area of Ballymoney shortly after 1.30am today, Sunday 12th July.
It was reported that a vehicle had struck a number of vehicles and a traffic light.
The vehicle was stopped by police in the Gate End area of the town, and one man aged in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess alcohol in breath, driving a vehicle in a dangerous condition, failure to stop, remain and report, possession of a Class B drug, and possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply.
He remains in police custody at this time, assisting with enquiries.
