A man from Ballymoney has been charged with inciting a child to be involved in pornography.
Robin Brennan, aged 29, From Agherton Park, faces allegations concerning his actions between February 1 and December 8, 2023.
The other allegations against the defendant include making and possessing indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of a child,
The defendant is also further charged with possessing a prohibited image and one of an extreme pornographic nature.
Brennan is currently on continuing bail set at £500, subject to specific conditions Including from possessing any internet enabled devices and must refrain from being in the presence of anyone under the age of 18, unless such contact has been approved.
The case was heard before Coleraine Magistrates’ Court today, where it was adjourned to November 10.
